After reading some of the reviews that consumers had when calling in to get information, I almost didn't submit an application. However, when I did, I spoke to Eric Tamez. He was the complete opposite of what I had read about. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the product. He took the time to answer any questions I had, and to repeat things I didn't understand or I forgot he said. It was a great experience!

Shoshana was very kind and friendly, great customer service. She explained clearly and slowly on how the program works, even if my daughter was talking in the background. In between times of explaining and share how the program work, she would stop and give me time to asked any questions. She explained steps by step, also walk me through the application page by page.

My counselor is very kind, very understanding & very professional.
