So far so good. The worry of having to deal with my creditors went away. I know exactly what I need to pay each month. My credit has even started to improve as they are reaching excellent settlements. They are very friendly and helpful but just make sure to keep ur info updated so they get ur payment from the right account. They do not have an app and even tho they explain things , it's still very difficult to see what is happening . Aside from that they are great!
