I was told that I didn't need hearing aids, but I couldn't hear what was being said when I was in a restaurant. I bought these, and the problem was solved! They have a terrific app for fine-tuning how they work, with settings for restaurants, watching TV etc. I just leave them on "normal," and they work fine. Perhaps most important, they are so comfortable that I have to be careful not to forget they are there and go to bed with them in my ears. The hearing aids are easily recharged and last all day and then some. They are easy to clean and come with what you need. Finally, the customer service is world-class, with life-time access to their specialists.

The Eargo7 are life changing. I am hearing like I did when I was a child. Also, the app allows me to adjust them to whatever noise situation that I encounter. They feel so natural, I forget that I am wearing them.
