We liked the professionalism of our rep. We liked the ease of process for a claim- however, the after -hours reporting line (we called in to report a home warranty problem on a weekend/after hours) may need some improvement. We did not hear from a FPHW rep for several days after leaving our info. How we, the process was smooth after that and we received a check for claim reimbursement in a timely manner!
