My husband's hospice provided a device for us since it was just the two of us at home. After he moved to a care facility, I realized I didn't have it anymore, which is when I reached out to ADT. Interestingly, my cousin also uses ADT, which reinforced my decision. The ADT Medical Alert system makes me feel much safer living alone. The peace of mind knowing that I can quickly summon help if needed is invaluable. Initially, I had the device that hung around my neck, but I didn't like that as it was cumbersome during activities. When I called ADT, they were really nice and understanding, and they sent me a bracelet version without any extra cost, which I truly appreciated. Every time I contacted ADT, their customer service was excellent. They took the time to explain the system thoroughly and were always kind and supportive. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the ADT Medical Alert, rating it a 5 out of 5 across the board, including the reasonable price.
