My 95yr old mother lives alone and refuses to move to a senior living facility. She lives close yet won't move in with us. She also has the onset of dementia. This product is so simple to use and manage. I purchased for my Mother and she is very pleased with the service. We purchased the extra setting for falls and it is definitely effective. One time was accidental and it worked perfectly. Help was sent because she didn’t respond; she didn’t know she dropped it and left the area and I was notified. This gives us peace of mind. Thank you!
