We worked with Cynthia A and Angie G for a period of about 2 years. During that time, they were able to help us get our $25k in past due taxes, interest and penalties put into ""Case Closed - Currently Not Collectable"" status with the IRS... we won't have to pay anything if we can run out the clock by paying each tax year going forward on time every year. During this time, we had a fire at our house, a major car accident involving a ""totaled car"", reduced work hours, and these issues were in addition to generally not having enough money left at the end of the month to even consider paying down the tax debt. The amount of effort for us was challenging... but Cynthia and her team were always there with creative solutions to what we thought were insurmountable problems. We can't thank them enough!

I am blown away at how kind and informative each and EVERY person I spoke with during the processing of my case. My husband passed away and I had NO idea how to fix our situation. Anthem tax employees did everything to put my mind at ease and assure me they would be able to take care of it all and boy oh boy did they!!! IRS Pressure? Anthem Helps! If you are up against IRS pressure, the Pros at Anthem Tax Services can help you. I found Alex Z, an analyst for Anthem, and he put my fears to rest right away.
