Ten years later and I am getting customer assistance! That is unheard of and this is why I chose a reputable company! Happy customer here. We had our Boca brand tub installed 10 years ago. Have we been happy with it- yes. We were having some age related problems with the faucets. I first spoke with a plumber who said he could replace it but it would be at least 3 thousand dollars for the items to be replaced. I then spoke with a handyman about fixing it and he asked if we had dealt with a reputable company-I thought we did. When I contacted them by email about the problem, I was shocked to get an immediate reply. I did not have a receipt. I thought that would be all they needed to say ‘I’m sorry that is not under warranty’ and leave me with the problem. But no. Pictures were requested and sent and simple instructions were given to me. How excellent!

Wonderful...The representatives in the service department are wonderful as well as the people who service the tub. They said when I bought it years ago that it was guaranteed for life. They really meant it and the professional manner of those who work there are fabulous. Can't praise them all enough.
