Accor Plus pays off if you stay at Accor hotels in Asia Pacific or the Middle East at least twice a year and eat at their restaurants, because the two free nights and the 30% food discount only work there. It is a legitimate program run by a wholly owned Accor subsidiary in Singapore, and since October 2025 it is sold as ALL Accor+ Explorer. Outside those markets, including the US, you mainly get 15% off and Gold status, which rarely justifies USD 255. Before you join, plan to turn off auto-renewal if you are unsure, since online purchases have no change-of-mind refund.

New prices are from each country's Accor Plus page, checked October 12, 2026. Previous prices are as reported by The Milelion before the October 1, 2026 increase. New members and returning members whose membership expired before October 1, 2026 who join or renew by October 31, 2026 get 3,000 bonus Reward points (Accor values these at about USD 65; South Korean residents are excluded).

Accor Plus legitimacy and licensing
Yes. Accor Plus is Accor’s own loyalty subscription business, founded in Sydney in 1994 and today a wholly owned Accor subsidiary. Your contract is with AAPC Singapore Pte Ltd, which runs the program. Accor says it has more than 450,000 members across 20 countries in Asia Pacific and the UAE.
The name changed on October 1, 2025. The old Accor Plus membership types were replaced by one product, ALL Accor+ Explorer, which sits inside Accor’s free ALL loyalty program. The benefits are real, but reviews are poor: ProductReview.com.au, the main Australian review site for it, shows 1.5 out of 5 from 188 reviews. Most complaints are about free-night availability, rates and member care, not about the company failing to exist or deliver at all.
Accor Plus cost
Accor raised prices in most markets on October 1, 2026. Australia now pays about $258 a year (A$369, was A$349), Singapore about $257 (S$329, was S$299), Hong Kong about $255 (HK$1,999) and New Zealand about $224 (NZ$399). Members in the UAE, South Korea, Fiji and any country not listed, including the US, pay USD 255 (was USD 249). India’s page now shows about $243 (INR 23,199). Japan stayed at about $251 (JPY 39,800).
Most markets also let you pay with 15,000 ALL Reward points. That is usually poor value: Accor itself values 3,000 points at about USD 65, which puts 15,000 points at roughly USD 325, more than the cash price. Through October 31, 2026, new and lapsed members get 3,000 bonus points when they join.
To decide if it pays off, add up what you would actually use: two free nights at the hotels you would book anyway, the dining discount on meals you would eat anyway, and 15% off other stays. If that total is below the fee, the free ALL membership is the better choice.
What you get: free nights, dining and status
- Stay Plus free nights: two a year. Each gives one free room-only night in a standard room when you book at least two nights, one of them paid. The free night is applied to the most expensive available night. It must be booked and used within your membership year, works only in participating Asia Pacific and Middle East countries, and is subject to blackout dates. Some resorts and apartments require three nights. Unused nights expire.
- Dining: 30% off food and 15% off drinks for up to 10 people, or 10% off for groups of 11 to 20, at participating hotel restaurants and bars in Asia Pacific and the Middle East. No discount on room service, minibar, kids’ menus or takeaway, and blackout dates apply on some public holidays.
- Member rate: 15% off the best available non-promotional public rate at 5,000+ Accor hotels worldwide, booked directly. It does not stack with sale rates.
- Red Hot Rooms and More Escapes: member-only deals of up to 50% off and packages in Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
- Status: 30 Status Nights each membership year, which gives Gold status. Gold normally needs 30 nights or 7,000 Status Points. Status nights from all Accor subscriptions are capped at 30 a year.
Can you get Accor Plus in the US?
Yes, you can buy it, but most of the value stays in Asia. US residents join through the Rest of the World page at USD 255 a year. The Stay Plus free nights, the dining discount and Red Hot Rooms only apply in participating Asia Pacific and Middle East countries. At US, Canadian or European Accor hotels you get the 15% member rate and Gold status.
If you mainly stay at Accor hotels in Europe, Accor’s separate ALL Accor+ Voyager subscription costs $200 a year (billed as EUR 179) and gives 15% off and 20 Status Nights, without the Asia-only perks.
What customers say about Accor Plus
Recurring themes across the review sites and complaint records listed above, not individual quotes.
Common praise
- Stay Plus free nights can cover most of the fee in one stay at a higher-end hotel
- Dining discount for a whole table at hotel restaurants, even when not staying
- Fast route to Gold status and room upgrades for regular Accor guests
Common complaints
- Stay Plus free nights hard to find on wanted dates because of blackouts and limited room types
- Member rates sometimes higher than other booking channels or sale rates
- Slow or unhelpful member care when a benefit is refused or a booking goes wrong
- Auto-renewal charges members did not expect, and trouble turning renewal off
- Hotel staff not recognizing the membership or its benefits at check-in
Accor Plus complaints and how to avoid problems
On ProductReview.com.au and the Australian Frequent Flyer forum, the same problems come up again and again: Stay Plus nights unavailable on the dates people want, member rates that end up higher than sale rates or other sites, slow member care, hotel staff who do not recognize the membership, and renewals people did not expect.
- Check Stay Plus availability for the hotels and dates you want before you pay the fee.
- Compare the 15% member rate with the hotel’s sale and prepaid rates; the member rate does not combine with promotions.
- Book Stay Plus nights online. Phone bookings cost $14 (AU$20) in the Pacific or US$10 elsewhere.
- Screenshot the rate at checkout and keep your digital card ready at check-in and at the restaurant.
- Use your two free nights before the membership year ends; they cannot be extended.
Cancellation, auto-renewal and refunds
All Explorer memberships are on an automatic renewal plan. Accor Plus says it emails you about 30 days before your renewal date. To stop the charge, turn off auto-renewal in your membership account at least 2 business days before the payment date.
Refunds are limited. If you bought by phone from an Accor Plus sales call, you can cancel within 10 business days; you get a refund if your local law gives cooling-off rights, or otherwise only if you have not used any benefits or vouchers. New Zealand consumers can also cancel within 5 working days of receiving the contract. Memberships bought online or at a hotel have no cooling-off period unless local law requires one, and you can cancel later but get no refund for a change of mind. One exception: if Accor Plus makes a material change to the terms and you cancel in writing within 30 days of the notice, you get a pro-rata refund.
When the membership ends, any future bookings switch to non-member rates and the 30 bonus Status Nights are removed when your ALL status is recalculated.
Who should look elsewhere
If you live in North America or Europe and seldom travel to Asia Pacific or the UAE, the free nights and dining discounts will go unused. If you stay with Accor once or twice a year, the free ALL membership gives member rates and points at no cost. If you mostly book through online travel sites or on sale rates, remember the free nights and member rate need direct bookings and do not stack with most promotions.
Alternatives to Accor Plus
- Free ALL Accor membership Better if you stay with Accor only a few times a year: it is free and gives member rates and points without an annual fee.
- ALL Accor+ Voyager Better if your Accor stays are mostly in Europe or other non-Asian markets, since it costs $200 (billed as EUR 179) and gives 15% off and 20 Status Nights without the Asia-only perks you would not use.
- Hilton Honors Better if you mainly want hotel dining savings in Asia Pacific without a fee: the free program's 2026 Dine Like a Member offer gives 10% to 25% off.
- Shangri-La Circle A free option if you prefer Shangri-La hotels; it gives points on dining and tier perks without a subscription.

Frequently asked questions
Is Accor Plus the same as ALL Accor+ Explorer?
Yes. On October 1, 2025 Accor replaced the Accor Plus membership types with one product called ALL Accor+ Explorer. It is still run by Accor Plus, and the website is still accorplus.com.
How much is Accor Plus in 2026?
Since October 1, 2026 it costs about $258 (A$369) in Australia, $257 (S$329) in Singapore, $224 (NZ$399) in New Zealand, $243 (INR 23,199) in India and USD 255 in the UAE and the rest of the world. Most markets also accept 15,000 Reward points.
Is Accor Plus worth it?
It can be if you take at least two Accor stays a year in Asia Pacific or the Middle East and eat at hotel restaurants there, since one free night at a higher-end hotel can cover much of the fee. It is rarely worth it if you mainly stay in the US or Europe, where only the 15% member rate and Gold status apply.
Can Americans buy Accor Plus?
Yes. Americans can buy the Rest of the World membership for USD 255 a year, but the free nights, dining discount and Red Hot Rooms only work at participating hotels in Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
How do Stay Plus free nights work?
You get two a year. Each gives one free room-only night when you book at least two nights at a participating hotel in Asia Pacific or the Middle East. Blackout dates apply, and unused nights expire at the end of your membership year.
Does Accor Plus give you Gold status?
Yes. Members get 30 Status Nights each membership year, which is enough for ALL Accor Gold. Gold lasts until your Explorer membership ends, and the bonus nights are removed if you do not renew.
How do I cancel Accor Plus auto-renewal?
Turn off automatic renewal in your membership account at least 2 business days before the renewal payment date. Accor Plus says it sends a reminder email about 30 days before renewal.
Can I get a refund on Accor Plus?
Usually not after you join. Online and in-hotel purchases have no change-of-mind refund unless local law requires one. Phone sales have a 10-business-day cooling-off period, and New Zealand consumers have extra rights.
Do I have to stay at the hotel to get the dining discount?
No. The 30% food and 15% drink discount applies at participating hotel restaurants and bars in Asia Pacific and the Middle East whether or not you are a hotel guest. Show your digital card and mention your membership when you book.
Is there an Accor Plus Red Day sale?
Accor Plus's current Explorer pages do not mention a Red Day sale. The member deal program it promotes now is Red Hot Rooms, with up to 50% off selected stays in Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
