Yes. Ooma, Inc. is a Sunnyvale, California company that the BBB lists as starting in 2004. It trades on the New York Stock Exchange as OOMA and files reports with the SEC. In the quarter ended July 31, 2026 it reported $83.2 million in revenue, up 25% from a year earlier, partly because it bought two other business phone providers, FluentStream and Phone.com, in December 2025.
The BBB rates Ooma A+ and it has been accredited since December 2024. That doesn’t mean everyone is happy: the BBB logged 289 complaints in three years, and one in five Trustpilot reviews is one star.

Ooma Office: Essentials is $19.95 per user a month, Pro is $24.95 and Pro Plus is $29.95, with no contract. Add a one-time $29.95 activation fee, plus taxes and fees. Most competitors cut their price for annual billing; Ooma lists one price. For a five-person team on Essentials, that’s about $99.75 a month before taxes and fees.
Ooma home phone: You buy the Telo for $99.99 (or $139.98 with a cordless handset). Basic service is listed at $0 a month, but you still pay monthly taxes and fees.
