How to cancel Thryv
Under Thryv’s terms effective September 18, 2026, you can cancel within 3 days of purchase for a full refund. After that, subscriptions renew automatically, annually for annual terms and monthly for shorter terms, unless you give notice at least 30 days before the next subscription period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period after Thryv receives your notice. Notices must include your business name, phone number and address and go to Customer Service. Outside limited cases, such as Thryv removing a material feature, no refunds are given.
Contract terms to know
Thryv’s agreements are business contracts, so consumer cooling-off rules usually don’t apply. US customers agree to binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association commercial rules in Dallas County, Texas, and waive class actions, and the contract is governed by Texas law. Thryv says it won’t change fees during your initial subscription period and will give 30 days’ notice of increases at renewal. If you have a billing dispute, put it in writing to Thryv first; you can also file a complaint with the BBB or your state attorney general.
