In July 2025, Atlanta News First and WBRC reported that the BBB had warned consumers about the site after 78 Scam Tracker reports from people who believed it was official; in those reports a BBB official said the site wasn’t doing anything illegal as far as the BBB knew. We could not find the warning on the BBB’s own site. The site publishes no legal company name, street address or public phone number, which makes disputes harder.
