Service Evaluation
Introduction
Finding the right hearing support can be challenging when you’re trying to balance convenience, comfort, technology and professional guidance. While many over-the-counter brands focus on self-fitting, Yes Hearing takes a different approach by combining in-home care with access to premium, prescription-grade hearing aids from leading manufacturers.
Yes Hearing has gained attention for providing personalized, at-home appointments with licensed hearing specialists, along with nationwide service coverage. This review offers a clear, factual assessment of how Yes Hearing works, what models they offer, what customers report and whether the brand is a strong option for your hearing care needs.
All details in this analysis come from verified product information, independent evaluations and real user feedback.
How Yes Hearing Works
Yes Hearing is a hybrid service that blends online shopping with in-person hearing care. Users begin by browsing hearing aid brands and scheduling a consultation through the Yes Hearing website. Unlike many OTC (over-the-counter) models, Yes Hearing works with prescription-level devices from well-established manufacturers.
A licensed specialist then visits your home to perform a hearing assessment, adjust the devices and guide you through setup and maintenance. Follow-up visits and remote check-ins are included depending on your plan.
If you prefer speaking directly with a team member to compare options or ask questions before booking, Yes Hearing provides flexible phone support at (866) 499-6709.
Because Yes Hearing combines clinical expertise with at-home convenience, it’s ideal for users who want professional guidance without visiting a physical office.
Brands and Models Offered
Yes Hearing partners with major hearing aid manufacturers rather than creating its own devices. Depending on the user’s needs, available brands may include:
- Phonak
- ReSound
- Widex
- Signia
- Starkey
These manufacturers produce prescription-grade hearing aids with advanced features such as rechargeability, Bluetooth streaming, AI-driven speech enhancement and multi-environment sound processing.
How Model Selection Works
Instead of choosing a single model online, users receive recommendations after their consultation based on:
- Type of hearing loss
- Lifestyle and listening environments
- Dexterity considerations
- App preferences
- Desired features like streaming or rechargeability
This makes Yes Hearing different from OTC brands, as the focus is on matching each person with a medically appropriate device.
Who It’s Best For
Yes Hearing is best for adults who want professional in-home hearing care, access to premium prescription devices, and a personalized fitting experience.

I found this company while looking for new hearing aids for my grandmother. The sales team was friendly and service was great. Unfortunately when they came out to do the hearing test it was found my Grandmother's hearing loss was too advanced - they suggest a local doc that may help with cochlear implants. So appreciate them for not pushing a product that would not work, and so appreciate the friendly service.
