Avira Free Security costs nothing. Avira’s US list prices are $64.99 a year for Antivirus Pro, $70.99 to $96.99 for Internet Security on 1 to 5 devices, and $109.99 a year (or $9.99 a month) for Prime on 5 devices or $134.99 a year (or $12.99 a month) on 25 devices. When we checked, Avira advertised 45% off the first year of the 5-device Prime plan; the exact discounted price shows at checkout.
Read the renewal terms: annual plans renew automatically, can be charged up to 35 days before the renewal date, and Avira says renewal prices may be higher than the first-year price. Annual subscribers get an email with the renewal price beforehand.
