Christian Mingle legitimacy and licensing
Christian Mingle is a real dating service that is still open to new members. Its website now says it is operated by Black Cap Holdings, LLC, a company that runs faith and culture dating brands including Jdate, JSwipe, Zoosk and LDS Singles. Black Cap’s Terms of Use cover all of them, and its customer care address is in Jersey City, New Jersey. The App Store listing still names Spark Networks USA, LLC.
Christian Mingle was long owned by Spark Networks SE, a Berlin company whose shares Nasdaq delisted in October 2023; Spark then stopped filing reports with the SEC. We could not confirm when Black Cap took over the brand. Earlier reviews, including ours, cited 16 million members; neither Black Cap nor Christian Mingle publishes a current member count, so we could not confirm it.

Black Cap’s terms say subscriptions renew automatically and charges are non-refundable except as stated in your order form or required by law. Older reviews quoting $24.99 to $49.99 a month are out of date.

You create a free profile, add details about your faith and what you want in a partner, and browse or receive matches near you. Premium is the paid upgrade.
