Pick a plan and line count
Choose CoreMobile, ProMobile or SuperMobile. Up to 12 lines can be bought online; larger accounts go through a business sales rep.
Pass a business credit check
T-Mobile runs a credit check on the business and may ask for a deposit. Have your EIN or business details ready.
Keep or buy devices
Bring your own unlocked phones and keep your numbers, or buy or finance new devices. A $35 connection charge applies per line.
Port your numbers
Your old carrier releases the numbers once the port completes. Pay off or settle any device balance with the old carrier first.
Watch the first two bills
Check that promotions, the free third line and AutoPay discounts are applied. T-Mobile says some credits take up to two bill cycles.
Cancel or switch later
There is no early termination fee on the service, but any financed device balance comes due and promotional bill credits stop when you cancel.

T-Mobile now sells three main business phone plans. Prices below are the monthly totals from T-Mobile’s Broadband Facts labels, before the AutoPay discount (T-Mobile’s business fine print says AutoPay saves $5 per line on lines 1 to 8):
- CoreMobile: $65 for 1 line, $100 for 2, $140 for 4, $160 for 5, $200 for 8, then $25 for each added line. Speeds may slow during congestion after 50GB a month; HD video.
- ProMobile: $85 for 1 line, $150 for 2, $210 for 4, $240 for 5, $320 for 8, then $40 per added line. Slowdowns possible after 200GB; up to 4K video.
- SuperMobile: $100 for 1 line, $170 for 2, $250 for 4, $290 for 5, $400 for 8, then $50 per added line. Adds a nationwide network slice for business traffic, Threat Protect, T-Satellite messaging and up to 300GB of high-speed hotspot data.
Every line also carries a $4.49 regulatory and telco recovery fee, federal and local surcharges (typically 36 cents to $4.79), taxes and a one-time $35 connection charge. Tablet plans start at $20 a line with AutoPay and 5G business internet is advertised at $35 a month with a qualifying voice line and bill credits. Promotions change often; the Q2 2026 offers some older reviews describe ended in July 2026.

The record to know before you sign: on September 30, 2024, T-Mobile settled FCC investigations into data breaches in 2021, 2022 and 2023 by agreeing to a $15.75 million penalty and $15.75 million in cybersecurity spending. Separately, customers have sued in federal court in New Jersey, and filed arbitration claims, alleging T-Mobile broke earlier “price lock” promises when it raised prices on older plans in 2024; that case was still pending in 2026. T-Mobile’s new plans carry a 5-Year Price Guarantee that covers the monthly price of on-network talk, text and 5G data only, not taxes and fees, so ask your rep which charges can still change.

All three plans include unlimited talk, text and 5G data on T-Mobile’s network, Mexico and Canada benefits, and no annual service contract. The differences:
- CoreMobile streams video in HD and may slow during congestion after 50GB a month.
- ProMobile allows up to 4K video and raises the slowdown threshold to 200GB.
