Apply Travel Program is a working website, global-entry-us-pass.com, that sells help with the U.S. Global Entry application. It states that it is not connected with the U.S. government and that you may apply directly with the government. In that narrow sense it is a real paid service, not a fake government page.
What we could not verify is who runs it. The site publishes no company name, street address or phone number; its contact page says the support number comes in your confirmation email after you order. The domain was registered in July 2024 with the owner hidden by a privacy service. We found no BBB profile and no Trustpilot profile under this name or domain. The BBB’s business search does list the domains of the sister TSA PreCheck. A TSA program that gives approved travelers expedited airport security screening for five years. Compare travel document services site that uses the same Apply Travel Program name under Global Enrollment Center LLC, rated F; we could not confirm whether the same company runs this site (see our review of that site). Because you hand over passport, address and travel history details, that lack of disclosure is a real risk.
CBP’s own position is plain: it does not work with third-party companies to process Trusted Traveler applications, and it warns that some travelers who paid such sites never had their applications submitted.

The terms also say that if a customer suggests a bank dispute, the company may refund and turn the customer over to a collection agency, with a 35% fee plus a $50 collections referral fee. Disputes go to binding individual arbitration under Missouri law, with no class actions. Read these terms before you pay.
How to spot a Global Entry lookalike site
The only official application site is ttp.dhs.gov, linked from cbp.gov. U.S. government sites end in .gov. Be wary of any site that charges more than $120 for an adult, asks for payment before showing who it is, hides its business name and address, or calls the government fee a membership charge it collects for you.
If you already paid a third-party site, log in to ttp.dhs.gov with your own account to confirm an application was actually filed. If not, ask the company for a refund in writing and contact your card issuer about a chargeback. You can report deceptive sites to the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov.
