Noble Mobile, the carrier Andrew Yang founded in 2025, announced it had acquired Helium Mobile on June 2, 2026, and said Helium subscribers would keep the same service on the same nationwide 5G network and the Helium Network. We found no BBB profile for Helium Mobile or its operating company.

There are two plans. Air costs $15 a month for 10GB of data, and Infinity costs $30 a month for unlimited data, both with unlimited talk and text. Taxes and fees are added on top.
