Force Fleet Tracking, step by step

  1. Choose a plan online

    Sign up for Starter, Premium or Pro on the Force Fleet site, or book a demo with sales.

  2. Plug in the devices

    The tracker plugs into the OBD-II port found on nearly all cars, vans and light trucks built since 1996. Devices ship free.

  3. Set up drivers and alerts

    Add drivers, geofences and speeding thresholds in the web dashboard or app, and connect Housecall Pro or Jobber if you use them.

  4. Test during the first 30 days

    Call Force within 30 days of receiving the devices to cancel. Subscription fees are refunded once you return the devices with the free label.

  5. Cancel later if needed

    There are no cancellation fees, but no prorated refunds. Return devices within 30 days of cancelling or the device value is charged to your card.

Force Fleet Tracking is now Force Fleet

Force started as Mojio’s small business tracking product, sold as Force by Mojio. In 2026 Mojio took the product’s name, and the site now reads “Mojio is now Force Fleet.” The footer names the company as Mojio Inc. dba Force Fleet, and the iPhone app is still published by moj.io Inc. Your login, plans and devices carry over; only the name changed. Our Mojio review covers the company’s history with T-Mobile and its consumer apps.

Force Fleet also now advertises Felix, an AI fleet manager that flags driver risk, fuel waste, vehicle health issues and underused vehicles. Pricing for Felix isn’t posted on its page.

Force Fleet Tracking legitimacy and licensing

Yes. Mojio was founded in Vancouver in 2012 and has built connected car platforms for carriers including T-Mobile. Force Fleet says it has connected more than one million vehicles to its platform worldwide. The Force Fleet Tracking app rates 4.4 out of 5 from 335 App Store ratings.

Public reviews elsewhere are sparse: Trustpilot shows 2.5 out of 5 from 13 reviews, none in the past year, and we found no BBB profile. Use the 30-day guarantee to test it on your own vehicles.

Force Fleet Tracking pricing explained

You pay a monthly fee per device plus a one-time device fee. Starter is $10 a month for up to 3 vehicles. Premium is $20 and removes the vehicle cap, adds driver safety scores and keeps 18 months of trips. Pro is $44 and swaps the tracker for a 4G LTE dashcam. The tracker costs $59 and the dashcam $199, charged at sign-up. Paying annually saves at least 10%.

What you get

Every plan includes real-time GPS, trip history, Geofence. A virtual boundary on a map that triggers an alert when a vehicle enters or leaves it. Compare fleet and vehicle tracking companies alerts, custom speeding alerts, bump, tow and break-in alerts, engine trouble code alerts with explanations, low fuel and battery alerts, maintenance reminders, recall alerts and an in-app tire tread scan. Cancellation, refunds and device returns

Within 30 days of receiving devices, call Force to cancel. Force sends a free return label and refunds subscription fees once devices come back. If devices aren’t returned within 30 days of cancellation, Force charges the device value to your card.

After the first 30 days you can still cancel any time with no cancellation or restocking fees, but there are no prorated refunds; service runs to the end of the month or year you paid for. Keep tracking numbers for every returned device.

Complaints and how to avoid problems

Older Trustpilot reviews describe slow support, outages and missing trip records, and devices that set off dashboard warnings in some vehicles. Praise focuses on price, setup and the app.
