Pick a dome size from the box, charge the aids in the case and switch between the preset modes, such as normal, noise reduction and dialogue boost on Clarity.

Linner legitimacy and licensing
Linner is a real brand. It is sold by Epha MedTech Inc. from an office in San Jose, California, publishes a phone line (+1-888-819-1558), a support email and written return, shipping and warranty terms, and takes HSA and FSA cards.
Some things are thin. We found no BBB profile under Linner or Epha MedTech, Trustpilot has only 2 reviews, and we could not find a Linner-branded entry in FDA’s public device listing database, although Linner says its aids are FDA-registered OTC hearing aids. Devices are often listed under the factory’s own model numbers, so this is not proof of a problem, but it means you are relying on the company’s word.
One claim to ignore: the Clarity product page says the aid serves up to severe hearing loss. FDA says OTC hearing aids are only for adults 18 and older with perceived mild to moderate loss, and not for severe or profound loss.
Linner pricing
As listed on linnerlife.com in October 2026, a pair costs $99.99 for the Saturn, $129.99 for the Saturn 2, $229.99 for the Mercury and $299.99 for the Clarity. The site shows higher crossed-out prices next to these, so treat the sale price as the real price.
Shipping is free on orders over $20. Linner ships from warehouses in the U.S. or Hong Kong, and if an import customs fee applies, you pay it. Replacement domes are $19.99 and a spare Mercury charging case is $29.
Current Linner models (and what was discontinued)
Saturn and Saturn 2 sit inside the ear canal. Saturn 2 uses a 16-channel onsemi chip with 3 modes (indoor, outdoor and voice) and lists up to 24 hours per charge plus 3 more charges in the case.
Mercury is a mini receiver-in-canal aid with 16 channels, up to 50 dB of gain and about 20 hours per charge.
Clarity is a receiver-in-canal aid with 3 modes (normal, noise reduction and dialogue boost), up to 20 hours per charge and 80 hours with the case.
The Nova earbud-style aid and the Mars behind-the-ear aid are no longer listed in Linner’s store; the Mars page now returns not found. If you see them for sale elsewhere, check whether support and warranty still apply. Linner Connect, a $99.99 TV audio streamer, is still sold.
Returns, refunds and warranty
Linner advertises a 45-day trial, but its refund policy says you get only a partial refund if you return the aids more than 30 days after delivery, or if anything is damaged or missing. You must email [email protected] for approval before sending anything back, you pay return shipping, and shipping costs are not refunded.
Keep the box and every accessory, and if the aids aren’t working for you, start the return before day 30. The warranty is 1 year.
Complaints and what to watch for
There is very little public complaint data: no BBB profile and only 2 Trustpilot reviews, both positive. That is not the same as a clean record; it means there is little to go on. Pay by credit card so you can dispute a charge if a return stalls, and save your delivery confirmation so you can prove when the 30 and 45 day clocks started.
Who should skip Linner
See a doctor, ideally an ear, nose and throat specialist, before buying any OTC aid if your hearing changed suddenly, one ear is much worse, you have ear pain, drainage or dizziness, or you think your loss is more than moderate. Linner also isn’t a fit if you want to stream calls and music, adjust settings in an app or have a professional tune the aids to a hearing test.
